Welcome to QMed. This site is maintained by scholars in the broad domains of Medieval Studies at Queen Mary, University of London.

It aims to disseminate information about the many research activities that take place at Queen Mary, and at other London venues, and so to nurture and promote collective enjoyment and edification. Since London regularly attracts scholars – of all ages and stages, the seasoned as well as the beginners – for research, administration or just leisure, we hope that medievalists will make a habit of checking QMed when planning their visits.

We also hope to receive information about forthcoming events outside London for posting and dissemination.
